Field Technician – Infrastructure Restoration
Midwest Region / Field-Based
Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Technician to perform concrete repair, surface prep, and industrial coatings on critical infrastructure sites across Michigan. This is physical, detail-oriented work—no shortcuts, no guesswork.
What You’ll Do

Power wash and prep concrete and steel surfaces

Perform crack repair using structural compounds

Grind, clean, and prepare joints and surfaces

Apply coatings, sealers, and protective systems
-
Assist with blasting, caulking, and site restoration work
Requirements
-
Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable)
-
Comfortable with physical labor and long days
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Willing to travel across Michigan (multi-day jobs)
Preferred (not required)

Experience with pressure washing, coatings, or construction
-
OSHA 10 or 30

Mechanical/common sense skills

Pay & Schedule

$25–$30/hr (based on experience)

Field Foreman – Infrastructure Restoration
Midwest Region / Field-Based
Position Overview
We’re hiring a Field Foreman to take control of jobsite execution on infrastructure restoration projects across Michigan. This role is responsible for crew performance, job quality, and getting work done right the first time.
This is not a clipboard position—you’re in the field, leading from the front.
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage 2–4 man field crews

Execute and oversee:

Surface prep (power washing, grinding, blasting)
-
Concrete repair (cracks, voids, structural patching)
-
Industrial coatings and sealing systems
-

Plan daily workflow and keep jobs on schedule

Maintain quality control and ensure specs are followed

Handle jobsite setup, materials, and equipment
-
Communicate updates with management and clients
-
Enforce safety standards and proper PPE use
Requirements
-
Strong background in construction, coatings, or similar field work
-
Proven ability to lead and hold a crew accountable
-
Detail-oriented—no shortcuts, no sloppy work
-
Valid driver’s license (towing experience is a plus)
-
Willing to travel across Michigan (multi-day runs)
Preferred
-
Experience with industrial coatings or concrete repair systems
-
OSHA 10 or 30
-
Ability to read scopes/specs and execute accordingly
Pay & Benefits

$35–$40/hr (based on experience)

Overtime + performance bonuses
